Most of the changes are bug fixes. Some of the bugs fixed include:
- Added tool to test Twitter integration
- Added option to allow payments to alternative PayPal accounts to be accepted for user upgrade purposes
- Added option to control pruning of user change logs
- Allow Twitter-related HTTP requests to be sent via cURL if SSL support is not built into PHP
- Fixed cases where uncensored titles may have been displayed in emails
- Updated Google+ integration to use the new, non-deprecated "email" scope
- Fixed situations where pasting into the editor would remove text unexpectedly
- Ensure that prefixes are usable when editing the title of a thread
- Enforce prefix validation in more cases in the thread data writer
- Standardized formatting of embedded media in emails
- Strip EXIF information when manipulating an image via Imagick to ensure rotation is maintained correctly
- Adjusted editor popup menus to be more consistent with the active color scheme
- When copying a post, rewrite any inline attachment BB codes to point to the copied attachments
- Fixed case where Firefox would maintain inline moderation selections unexpectedly
- Improved display of smilies in the editor when scrolling is required
- Improve display/translation of some additional fields in the user change log
- Improved user change log display in RTL languages
- Fixed situation where discouragement could be applied multiple times in one request
- Adjust the watched forums list to better handle forums that aren't listed
- Fix invalid _getExistingData function for forum watching
- Send a 405 header when enforcing that a request is via POST
- Adjust ETags to follow the specificiation more closely
